Having recently opened its doors in Enniscorthy Technology Park located in County Wexford, the Energy A Rated building boasts solar-powered elements, advanced air changing systems, electric vehicle and bike charging stations and stands ready to mark its place as a key national icon in pioneering sustainability innovation.

In a passive building aiming for energy efficiency and sustainability, Swisspearl's fibre cement boards served as the optimal choice due to its insulation properties, durability and low maintenance requirements, contributing to the overall performance and longevity of the structure.

Spanning four stories across 45,000 feet, Senan House already occupies tech start-ups and established enterprises with a primary focus on sustainability.
